Choosing your wedding stationery can be a little baffling so we hope we've answered any questions you may have below. If not, click here and we'll be happy to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For personalised stationery ordered from the site it takes around 14 working days from the day you placed your order. If you use our bespoke design service it’s normally around a 4-6 week process. For our full delivery policy click here.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for UK mainland orders. International orders are shipped using our trusted couriers and incur a cost. This will be agreed with you in advance.
I live outside the UK, can I still place an order?
Yes, we ship worldwide. When you place your order you provide a delivery address. Based on that we can calculate a delivery cost for shipping your order.
Which items can I personalise?
All of our stationery can be personalised, our Save the Date Cards and Wedding Invitations can be personalised online using our Personalisation Feature.
What is the Personalisation Feature?
This is a unique feature that allows you to try out different styles of wording and typefaces on our Save the Date Cards and Wedding Invitations. For a guide to using the feature click here.
Can I mix and match items?
You can choose as many designs in as many sizes as you wish, the minimum quantity is 25 for most items.
What papers and cards do you use?
We use a range of high quality paper and card stocks. We are careful to ensure that the papers we use not only perform brilliantly but are also sourced from sustainable resources with the minimum impact on the environment possible. To view our environmental policy click here.
Are Envelopes Included?
Yes, all items that require an envelope come with matching envelopes as part of the price you see.
Can I alter the designs I see on the site?
Yes, we are happy to work with you if you’d like to create something unique. This forms part of our Bespoke Design Service.
How does payment work and can I trust it?
All payments are handled using Sagepay who are world leaders in secure transactions. We employ the latest secure servers to run the site and are fully PCI compliant, so you can trust that your details and data are handled safely and securely. Click here to view our Payment Policy.
Do you accept any other forms of payment?
We can take card payments over the phone if you’d prefer. We can also accept bank transfers on prior arrangement. Please contact us if you’d like to use alternate payment methods.
